Breanne Ubaldo
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
My goal is to create a compassionate space where you can feel understood and empowered to explore what you've been facing; whether it’s anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck in life. I believe that therapy is a place to reconnect with yourself, your values, and others.
My work is client-centred and culturally sensitive. I take a holistic, integrative approach that draws from various evidence-based modalities. I am particularly passionate about helping couples rediscover their connection and working with teens and women facing challenges with self-esteem, anxiety, and trauma.
Outside of sessions, you’ll often find me spending time with family and friends, walking my dog, enjoying the outdoors, or curled up with a good book and a strong cup of coffee. As a dog lover and coffee enthusiast, I find joy in the simple moments that help me stay grounded and connected.
